Rules, Terms & Conditions ( “Official Rules”)
The Official Rules apply to the “AliExpress.com – 2017 Black Friday Shopping Festival” promotional campaign, game, or event (each, a “Promotion”) being run on the AliExpress website (www.aliexpress.com) (“AliExpress.com”).

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (see Clause 2 below), Eligible Members (as defined under Clause 5) who satisfy the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled to receive the promotion offers given away under each Promotion (see Clause 6 for details).
2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on November 21, 2017 at 00:00:00 PST and ends on November 28, 2017 at 23:59:59 PST (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Promoter: Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore with registered office address at 10 Collyer Quay # 10-01, Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore 049315 (the “Promoter”).
4. Availability: The Promotion is available on the AliExpress.com website, and/or AliExpress.com iPhone and Android App, Android Pads, iPads, subject to the Promotion-specific rules.
5. Eligible Member: You must be a registered member of AliExpress.com, except that employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and their respective immediate family members, affiliated and subsidiary companies, any company involved in the Promotion, together with their agents are not eligible to enter.
6. Promotion-specific Rules:
High Discount
a) During the Promotional Period, an Eligible Member may enjoy discounts and offers on selected 9 products in specific categories of Automobiles，Electronics，Baby & Kids，Home & Home Appliances，Tools & Home Improvement，Computers & Security (“High Discount Selected Products”), which Eligible Member may browse in promotional pages on both the AliExpress website and App.

c) For the avoidance of doubt, High Discount Selected Products means the specific 9 products on each promotional page of Automobiles，Electronics，Baby & Kids，Home & Home Appliances，Tools & Home Improvement，Computers & Security.
d) Deals are discounted provided by third-party sellers on AliExpress.com are on a discretionary basis and the minimum discount is 50% off the normal retail price of the product designated by the brand vendor.
Buy Three Get One Gift
a) During the Promotion Period there will be 9 products designated by third party sellers shown on the “Buy Three Get One Gift promotion” page (each, a “Qualified Product”).
b) Any Eligible Member who purchased three (3) pieces of Qualified Product, may receive a free gift provided by the corresponding third party seller, which you may see on the promotional page of the Qualified Product.
c) Free gifts are provided by third party sellers on AliExpress.com on a discretionary basis and three (3) pieces of the Qualified Product may refer to three (3) identical products, or three (3) different products as a kit.
d) Free gifts are limited in quantity and will be given on a first come, first serve basis therefore not all purchases of Qualified Product would receive free gifts.
Flip n Win
a) The rewards (each, a “Game Offer”) that an Eligible Member may win in accordance with the Official Rules under “Flip n Win” include:
i. Store Coupon; or
ii. Coins of 3，5，8，10，20、50，80，100，150，200 each.
b) On each day during the Promotion Period, an Eligible Member may participate in the Flip n Win game twice (2).
c) Eligible Member may play the game by pressing the “play” button. At first, eight (8) cards, seven (7) of which contains a Game Offer, are all faced up. The eight (8) cards are then flipped over and being shuffled. Once the shuffling stops, the Eligible Member can pick two (2) cards. The Flip n Win Offers picked from the two (2) cards are automatically added to the Eligible Member’s account.
d) Coins are not legal tender and are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash.
6. General Rules:
a) By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
b) Any fraud and/or abuse of the offers (eg, AliExpress coins or coupons) awarded/ received under the Promotion (“Offers”) by you (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of your account(s) with the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of any Offers awarded inappropriately to you directly from your account(s) with the Promoter without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
c) In the event that the Promotion is ceased or suspended by the relevant authorities or due to serious network attack or system fault, the Promotion may be terminated prematurely. Such situation shall constitute a force majeure event and the Promoter shall not be liable for any damages or claims that arise out of the event.
d) The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise.
e) In the event that the Promotion becomes inoperable due to any computer network related reasons, you agree that the Promoter shall not be held liable for any damages.
f) Time and validity of any transactions and/or your eligibility to the Offers shall be determined by the Promoter at it sole discretion based on the Promoter’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by you and that held by the Promoter, the Promoter’s record shall be conclusive and binding on you.
g) The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Official Rules as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers without prior notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
h) The Promoter reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke your right to participate in a Promotion or use any Offers, upon discovery of your violation of these Rules or your dishonest, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful or, in the opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate acts in your participation in any Promotion.
7. AliExpress Coins/Coupon Additional Terms and Conditions: If you are receiving AliExpress coins and/or coupons as Offers, terms and conditions under this Clause 8 shall also apply.
a) An AliExpress Select Coupon can only be used on participating products (with mark on the product page) in accordance with the minimum purchase requirement laid down by the respective merchant. For instance: i. If the merchant allows a coupon with value of USD10 to be used on an order of USD99 or above, then an Eligible Member can use up to 5 coupons (ie, making up to USD10 in face value) when making a purchase of participating products valued at USD99 or more at such single merchant’s store; ii. If the merchant allows a coupon with value of up to USD4 to be used for an order of USD39 or above, then an Eligible Member can use 2 coupons (ie, making up to USD4 in value) when making a purchase of participating products valued at USD39 or more at such single merchant’s store; and iii. If the merchant allows a coupon with value of up to USD2 to be used for an order of USD19 or above, then an Eligible Member can use up to 1 coupon (ie, making up USD2 in value) when making a purchase of participating products valued at USD19 or more at such single merchant’s store;
b) In the case of AliExpress coupons as Offers:
i. Coupons that remain unused after the Usage Period will lapse and cannot be refunded or exchanged for anything including cash; and
ii. AliExpress coupons may not be used for certain regions and/or products and/or shipping purposes as may be decided by AliExpress.
